ATC is an Equal Opportunity Employer

ATC employees play an important and integral role in helping to provide necessary treatment for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). It is not ATC itself, but its employees who will make a difference in the lives of the children we treat. The energetic and passionate manner in which you approach and perform your job will help make a positive difference. It is our desire that your dedication and devotion to ATC's Mission will help make a difference in a child's life.

ATC uses Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with an emphasis on the Discrete Trial treatment model. We incorporate aspects of other treatment models when we believe specific techniques will be beneficial to particular children. Our treatment approach is positive and play-oriented. We use discrete trial to teach skills to children in a reinforcement-based approach. We feel strongly that families should be an integral part of the treatment process and we strive to teach family members to actively participate in therapy. We look forward to reviewing your application.

Sincerely,
Jill C. Rudman, Ph.D., BCBA
